Return Policy for Digital EDGE:

All Installlation service comes with a one year guarantee. This guarantee is on the installation itself and does in no way guarantee the equipment that was installed (i.e. a Flat Screen TV or and other equipment). The installation does not guarantee the the performance of the installed mount if a Digital EDGE mount was not installed. If the mount installed was not purchased from Digital EDGE and the mount fails it is not the responsibility of Digital EDGE.

All digital EDGE Mounts and Cables have a lifetime warrantee. Should your cable or mount fail we will issue you a replacement at no charge.

 Returns will be accepted within 30days of purchase. Ditial converters purchased with a government coupon can be exchanged for another CECB reciever only. No refunds of the $40 government coupon shall be refunded by order of the federal government. Shipping Policy for Digital EDGE All orders will be shipped within 2 weeks of reciept of payment. Full payment of customers monies and the federal government coupons must be processed before the converters are shipped. This process may take up to 5 days. All shipments will be made via USPS unless otherwise requested.
